Pelatihan FAULT FINDING SKILLS/TECHNICAL TROUBLESHOOTING

INTRODUCTION :
Problem in plant consume breakdown time and it will disturb operation and may cause of shutdown plan. Reduction downtime will be improved if technician have a good logic fault finding and skill. This course guide the participants to the logic problem related to the fault in their plan.

TRAINING OBJECTIVE :
After the course participant will have :
a. Ability to develop fault finding root
b. Ability to analized root cause of failure

TRAINING MATERIAL OUTLINE :
1. Maintenance and troubleshooting
2. What is failure
3. Understand failure mode and failure cause
4. Planning of troubleshooting
5. Developing Fault finding logic
6. Fault finding case :
a. Air compressor
b. Pump
c. Gas engine
d. Bearing and lubrication
e. Others

TRAINING DURATION : 3 days
