INTRODUCTION :
In order to fulfil a role of a supervisor and achieve results through effective supervision of staff requires a range of skills. This course will provide participants with the skills necessary to increase work effectiveness and acquire an improved understanding of how to perform as a manager or supervisor in the workplace. NLP is the difference that makes the distinction between those who excel and those who get by; it will give participants new skills to communicate, motivate, influence, negotiate, lead, and empower.
